Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your LoomicFlow subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

• Pro-rata Refunds: If you request an immediate termination and account closure, the remaining unused portion of your current month will be calculated and refunded to your original payment method within 14 working days.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee for all new monthly and yearly plans. If you are not satisfied with LoomicFlow for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, simply email us for a full refund.

3. Fair Usage & Exclusions To prevent abuse of our AI resources, we cannot offer refunds if:

• A user has consumed a significant portion of their monthly AI generation limits.

• The account has been flagged for a violation of our Terms of Service.

• The refund request is made after the 14-day window has closed.
