When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you provide.
We access your LinkedIn data only with your explicit authorization via LinkedIn's official APIs. This includes your name and profile information, organization/company pages you manage, and access tokens required to post and schedule content on your behalf. We collect only the minimum LinkedIn data necessary to provide our features.
We use Google's Gemini AI API to power content generation features. When you use these features, your input text is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. We log token usage for internal billing purposes only. We do not store the content of your AI-generated posts beyond what is needed to display them to you.
We automatically collect data when you visit our site, including pages visited, IP address, country and city (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and whether you were logged in during the visit. This data is used solely for internal analytics.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in, preference cookies to remember your settings, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.
LoomicFlow accesses LinkedIn data only with your explicit permission via LinkedIn's official OAuth flow. LinkedIn data is used solely to enable posting, scheduling, and automation features within LoomicFlow. We do not analyse, resell, or share your LinkedIn data with any third party. LinkedIn access tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are never stored in plain text. You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your account settings.
When you use AI-powered features, your input is processed by Google's Gemini AI API. We use Google's Gemini AI API on a paid tier. Under Google's paid API terms, your prompts and responses are never used to train or improve Google's AI models. We log only token counts (not content) for internal cost tracking. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data. LoomicFlow does not store, process, or transmit credit/debit card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processors (Paddle and Razorpay), both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a transaction confirmation and basic order details after a successful payment.
LoomicFlow is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
